YORUTSUTA
What is Yorutsuta
A night that starts with delicious food and drinks and ends with world-renowned ramen for a special occasion.
The Michelin Guide has designated our restaurant as “the best in its field” (*1), and during lunch time it is difficult to enter the restaurant without a reservation in advance.
The origin of “Yoru Ivy” was the idea to provide a “getaway” from the daily routine for customers who wanted to eat but could not. The menu is based on the “Hundred Recipes” left by Yuki Onishi, the founder and owner-chef of Tsuta, and is available only at Yoru Tsuta.
Yoru Ivy is a limited membership restaurant, which means that you can make reservations for your guests as well as for your non-members. In addition to the table seating where you can spend your time comfortably, we also have counter seating for those who wish to enjoy Michelin cuisine alone.

Store Overview
Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta | Japan
Since its establishment, Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta has been offering a fusion of Japan's umami food culture and ingredients from around the world, based on the theme of ramen's limitless creativity and potential. Using ingredients with no additives or chemical seasonings, and cooking methods that take full advantage of the original taste of the ingredients, we continue to develop healthier ramen that you will never hesitate to eat.
The basis of Tsuta's ramen is a broth made from Kagoshima honkare-bushi (dried bonito shavings) shaved daily in the store using a custom-made shaving machine and domestic brand chicken (Aomori Shamorock whole chicken/ Amakusa Daio whole chicken), and noodles made from flavorful French wheat to match. The creative flavor of this simple yet deep base, combined with carefully selected domestic and international ingredients, is the result of our extensive knowledge and skill, and has been well received by our customers. We also do our best to procure raw materials in a sustainable manner.
