We serve authentic Japanese style Ramen, with no chemical condiments, and it brings out the original taste of natural ingredients.
The noodles are homemade and made from naturally occurring Inner Mongolian kansui with organic wheat from France, domestically grown wheat, and homemade flour.
Superb soup is slowly extracted from Aomori Syamo-Rock, Amakusa-Daio, Kuroiwa-tsuchidori Chicken, pure Nagoya Cochin chicken soup and seafood such as Asari (Japanese littleneck or Manila clam) and natural Rausu kelp and flavored vegetables.
We do not use any chemical seasonings. Our ingredients are always fresh, thanks to our vendors, and we are able to provide safe and secure food.
In 2016, we received a one-star rating as the first Ramen shop in Michelin history.
