An Important Announcement
いつもJapanese Soba Noodles 蔦をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
少し早いお知らせとなりますが、Japanese Soba Noodles 蔦は、
来春、代々木上原を離れ、新たな挑戦に向かっていきます。
代々木上原での営業を終えることは、蔦にとって、「第一章」の終幕となります。
そして同時に、私たちは今、次に始まる「第二章」に向けて準備を進めています。
これからの蔦については、もう少し先に、改めて皆さまへお知らせできればと思っています。
2019年、巣鴨から代々木上原へ移転し、今年で7年目を迎えました。
オープンして間もなく訪れたコロナ禍。そしてその後、大西祐貴との突然の別れ。
幾度となく、お店の存続について考えなければならない時がありました。
それでも、大西がつくり上げたこの空間と、ここに込められた想いを大切にしたい。
代々木上原の蔦を守り続けたい。その一心で、今日まで歩んできました。
そして何より、ここまで続けてくることができたのは、
何度も足を運んでくださったお客様、国内外から蔦を訪ねてくださった皆さま、
そして私たちを支えてくださったすべての方々のおかげです。
心より感謝申し上げます。
代々木上原での営業終了まで、まだ少し時間があります。
最後の日まで、代々木上原の蔦で皆さまをお迎えできることを大切に、
変わらず一杯一杯と向き合ってまいります。
ぜひ、代々木上原の蔦に会いに来ていただけたら嬉しいです。
第一章の最後まで。

Thank you, as always, for your continued support of Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta.
Although this announcement comes a little early, we would like to share that next spring,
Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta will be leaving Yoyogi-Uehara and embarking on a new journey.
Bringing our time in Yoyogi-Uehara to a close will mark the end of the first chapter in Tsuta’s story.
At the same time, we are now preparing for the second chapter that lies ahead.
We look forward to sharing more about what comes next for Tsuta with you in the months ahead.
Since relocating from Sugamo to Yoyogi-Uehara in 2019, we have spent seven important years here.
Soon after opening, we faced the COVID-19 pandemic.Then came the sudden loss of Yuki Onishi.
There were many times when we had to seriously consider whether the restaurant could continue.
Even so, we remained committed to preserving the space Onishi created and the spirit he left within it.
We wanted to keep Tsuta in Yoyogi-Uehara alive.
That determination has carried us to where we are today.
Above all, we could not have come this far without the guests who have returned to visit us time and again,
those who have traveled to Tsuta from across Japan and around the world,
and everyone who has supported us along the way.
We are deeply grateful to you all.There is still some time before our final day in Yoyogi-Uehara.
Until that day, we will continue to cherish every opportunity to welcome you here and devote the same care
and dedication to every bowl we serve.We hope you will come and visit us in Yoyogi-Uehara once more.
Until the final page of our first chapter.
