Handling of Applicants’ Personal Information

Japanese Soba Noodles TSUTA (Tsutano Ne, Inc.) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) appropriately manages and handles applicants’ personal information in accordance with this Policy (hereinafter, “the Policy”) and the Company’s general Privacy Policy.

When applying for a position at the Company, you are required to carefully read both this Policy and our Privacy Policy, and provide your consent.

Article 1 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

Personal information provided by applicants will be used solely for the following purposes:

  • To make decisions in the recruitment and selection process

  • To contact applicants regarding recruitment

  • To manage human resources and labor-related matters after employment

Article 2 (Handling of Documents and Electronic Data)

  1. Documents submitted for recruitment purposes will not be returned, regardless of whether the applicant is hired or not.

  2. All submitted documents and electronic data will be appropriately managed by the Company and will be destroyed or deleted at the appropriate time.

  3. The Company bears no obligation to applicants regarding the storage or return of such documents or data.

Article 3 (Exemptions)

Even if an application appears to be for a Company position, if its content is not genuine or does not constitute a proper application, this Policy shall not apply.

Article 4 (If Personal Information Cannot Be Provided)

If you cannot provide the personal information specified by the Company, you may not be able to apply for a position.
