Job Description

Ramen preparation, noodle-making, and ingredient prep

Kitchen and hall (front-of-house) staff duties

Salary
1. Full-time

Entry level (no experience): ¥220,000 – ¥250,000/month

Experienced: ¥250,000 – ¥350,000/month (depending on skill and experience)

Head chef level: ¥350,000/month and above
2. Part-time
¥1,200 – ¥1,500/hour
Working Hours
Shift system (example):

9:00–18:00

13:00–22:00

2 days off per week (shift-based)

Q. Can I apply with no experience?
A. Absolutely. What matters most is your willingness to learn and to work as part of a team.
Q. How are shifts decided?
A. We ask for your preferences monthly and adjust accordingly. Flexible schedules are available to balance school or other jobs.
Q. Can non-Japanese apply?
A. Yes. As long as you can communicate in Japanese, you are welcome.
We already have international staff – nationality is not a barrier at TSUTA.
Q. I’m considering opening my own restaurant in the future.
